What should my child wear to class?

  • Children should dress comfortably for all classes.

  • Cotton shorts or pants and a t-shirt are acceptable.

    • Girls may wear leotards, as long as the botton is covered.

  • Please, no shorts or pants with buttons or zippers at the waist, and no jewelry.

  • Longer hair should be pulled backaway from face. 

How can I register for classes?

  • TSE runs classes year round on a pay by the month basis.

  • You may register for classes at any time using the Class page or call 606-391-7086.

  • If you register for classes in the middle of the month, your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated.

  • When registering, please communicate to the staff any physical or mental attributes your child may have to allow us to best instruct your child. 

What are the payment options?​

  • Current payment options include: auto credit card charge, online payment through our website, or cash.  

Does TSE offer any discounts for siblings or multiple classes? 

  • Yes! We offer multi class discounts and sibling discounts.

When is my monthly tuition due?

  • Tuition is due by the 1st day of each month.

  • Auto Charge occurs on the 1st of each month 

  • A $15 late fee is applied to late paid accounts.

What is the Annual Membership Fee?

  • We do NOT charge an annual fee!

 

What do I do if I feel my account charges are incorrect?

  • We are human, if you feel your charges are incorrect, please call 606-391-7086 or email [email protected] 

Does TSE offer a free trial class?

  • Sure do! We currently offer a money back guarantee on the first DAY of class.

  • Before your child attends the first class, parents must digitally sign all policies/waivers and submit payment for the first month of tuition. 

  • We are confident you and your child will love our programs, however, if the class is not what you expect, please stop by the office immediately after class and we will give you a full refund.

  • Please note that the refund option is NOT available after you have left the gym. 

What are gym area policies?

  • Parents are permitted to stay and watch any class at any time.

  • For the safety of your child and all children in the gym, children are not permitted in the gym area without the direct supervision of a TSE staff member.  (Staff members lingering on the floor do not count as supervising)

  • Preschool parents are requested to remain in the facility while your child attends class.

What if there is inclement weather?

  • TSE does not operate classes according to any specific school schedule.  

  • If we are closed due to inclement weather, information will be shared on our Facebook page and through emails sent to all parents with students actively enrolled in a class on the closed day.

  • The TSE staff encourages you to use your best judgment regarding traveling to the gym in inclement weather. 

How does my child move into a different level?

  • Your child's coach will determine when your child is ready to change to a different class level. Coaches are available for questions about progress before/after class time.
     

What if I do not see a class that meets my schedule?

  • TSE is constantly reviewing its schedule for possible new class times.

  • If you do not see a class that meets your schedule, please contact us via the contact us page. 

    • We will keep your information in mind as we continue to add classes.

What do I need to do to withdraw from classes?

  • To request a drop, please submit a drop request via email. Refer to the policy page for questions. 

  • You will receive an email from our office once your request is processed.  You must request to withdraw before the 15th of the month in order for you to not be charged tuition the following month.

  • Please note, TSE does not issue partial month tuition refunds.

Miscellaneous Items to Note​

  • TSE requires all families to have a current Participation and Liability Waiver on file. ​

  • Please keep us updated on your current address and phone numbers.

  • Verify you have selected to "opt in" to receive emails from TSE.

  • TSE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Bring valuable items at your own risk.
